We are over on Vasta Devdi Road in the Chandkheda area, running the G Seb Institute. It is a modest place where people come to learn and get some skills. The rooms are basic, just desks and chairs and whatever equipment we need for the day. We don't have those big glass walls you see in city offices. Instead, it’s a standard building that feels a bit more like home. We’ve been here for a bit now, and most of our neighbors know us. The traffic outside can get a bit loud, especially during the morning rush, but once you’re inside, it’s mostly just the sound of someone explaining a lesson or students chatting in the hallway. We try to keep things practical. People come to us because they want to learn something they can actually use, so we don't spend much time on fluff. The whiteboard is usually full of notes by the end of the day. Sometimes the fan makes a bit of a clicking noise, but it keeps the air moving, which is important. We handle all the registrations and the classes ourselves. It’s a small team, and we all do a bit of everything, from tidying up to answering the phone. It’s just a regular local institute trying to help people get ahead a little bit. We are easy to find if you are familiar with the Chandkheda neighborhood. We keep the doors open and the lessons going every single week.
