Vikas Institute Of Training

Our institute is on the third floor of the West Field Complex. We are right at No. 1012. It’s a good location on Ghod Dod Road, directly across from St. Xavier School. You can see the kids and the buses from our windows when classes let out. Inside, it’s mostly classrooms with rows of chairs and some whiteboards. We’ve been doing training here for a while. It’s not a big corporate center, just a place where people come to learn some new skills. The elevator in the building can be a bit slow during the peak hours, so a lot of us just take the stairs. It’s a bit of a climb to the third floor, but it’s good exercise. We have a small staff room where we keep the tea and the student records. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when there are multiple classes going on at once. We don't spend much on decorations; we just keep the rooms clean and the lights bright. The area around Ghod Dod Road is always busy with shops and cafes, so there is plenty of places to go after the sessions are over. We just try to help people understand the material. It’s a simple setup. We spend a lot of time grading papers and talking to students about their progress. It’s just what we do every day. There is no big mission, just teaching classes and keeping things running.
