We’re based at Shop 604 in the Pramukh Orbit 2 building over in Vesu, Surat. Being right on Canal Road makes us easy to spot, which is good because people are often looking for the clinic or the pharmacy in a hurry. It’s a dedicated health care space, so the whole building has that medical feel, but we try to keep our spot feeling a bit more down-to-earth. We deal with patients coming in for check-ups and then they usually stop at the pharmacy counter right after. It’s a lot of balancing two different worlds. One minute we’re talking about health issues and the next we’re counting out pills or checking insurance papers. The floors are that shiny tile that shows every footprint, so we’re always cleaning. It’s not a big corporate hospital; it’s smaller and more personal. We know many of the people who live in the Vesu area and come to us regularly. Sometimes the waiting area gets a bit cramped when it’s busy, but people don’t seem to mind much. We don’t have fancy marketing brochures everywhere. Mostly, we just have stacks of prescription pads and boxes of medicines. It’s a busy life on the sixth floor, watching the traffic on Canal Road while we work. It’s honest work, and we just focus on making sure people get their medicine and get on with their day without any unnecessary fuss.
