We are located at 608 in the International Business Center, right across from the Nilam Baug Party Plot on Piplod Road in Surat. It is a pretty well-known area, so most people don't have a hard time finding us. The building is usually full of people going to different offices, and the elevators are always busy. From our window, we can see the traffic moving down Piplod Road. It gets especially crowded when there is a wedding or an event at the party plot across the street. Our office is just a regular room with some desks and a small table for visitors to sit at. We don't have any fancy decorations or marketing posters on the walls. Mostly, we just have blueprints and calendars stuck up there. The team is small, and we have known each other for a long time. We spend most of our hours talking about building projects and looking at site photos. It is not an easy job, but it is what we know how to do. We are not trying to be the biggest company in Surat; we just want to get our current projects finished. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, but that is just how the infra business works. It is a lot of phone calls and a lot of driving out to see the actual construction sites. We like being in this part of Surat and seeing the city grow year after year.
