Being near Kamela Darwaja means it is always a bit chaotic and very loud. There are carts and loaders moving through the hallways all day long. It is the real center of the fabric trade in Surat. Our units are usually crammed with rolls of cloth, so there isn't much space to walk around. It is definitely not a polished corporate environment. It is a place for hard work and negotiating. We spend most of our time checking the incoming stock and talking to buyers. The market is like a maze, and you really have to know your way around to get anywhere.
