Excellencia Infra Private Limited

We are Excellencia Infra Private Limited, and we operate out of Surat. Specifically, our office is on the first floor of the Shantiniketan Apartment building. It’s in the 395007 area of the city. Being in an apartment building for an office might seem a bit different, but it works for us. It gives the place a bit of a friendly, lived-in feel. We handle various infrastructure tasks and the daily management of our projects from this space. Surat is a busy city for this kind of work, and we are right in the middle of it. Our team is usually pretty tied up with the details of whatever project we are currently tackling. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or anything. It's mostly just desks, files, and a lot of coffee to keep us going. We’ve been here for a bit and the neighbors are used to us coming and going at all hours. It’s a practical location that lets us reach different parts of the city without too much trouble. We focus on the practical side of building and planning. We aren't here to impress anyone with a big office; we just want to do the work and do it right. If you are in the Shantiniketan area, you will probably see our staff around the building during the day.
