We are located in the Diamond Apartment building, specifically at unit 102 on the first floor. Our place is near the Hathpura Char Rasta in the Saiyedpura area of Surat. Being in the jewelry business in this city means you have to be careful and very precise with everything you do. We deal with various types of jewelry work and assembly. It is not a big showroom with bright lights and mirrors everywhere. It is more of a workspace where we focus on the actual pieces themselves. Surat is the heart of the diamond and jewelry world, so we are right where we need to be. We have some benches for the workers and a few tools for the finer details of the trade. It is mostly quiet work, with people sitting and looking at small stones or metal parts for hours. Sometimes we have people coming in to talk about specific designs, but mostly we are just busy with the production side of things. The apartment building is a bit old, but it is a good, central spot for us to work from. We do not spend money on big advertisements or anything like that. We just let the finished work speak for itself. It can be tedious sometimes, working with such small things all day, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We are just a small team trying to make a living in the jewelry trade like many others here in Saiyedpura.
