We are located at Plot C1 in Moti Naroli Village, which is just off the Nh-8 in Kim. Enzyme Bioscience Pvt Ltd is tucked away a bit from the main road, but the location is good for getting things out on the highway. Being in a village area like Moti Naroli means we have a bit more space than we would in the city. The plot is mostly taken up by our work area where we handle the enzymes. It’s technical work, but we try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. The office is just a small part of the whole setup. We spend a lot of time in lab coats or out on the floor checking on the batches. It can get quite hot in the summer out here, but we’ve got fans and a decent breeze sometimes. Most of the people working here live nearby, so there is a real local feel to the place. We don't have any fancy brochures or corporate speeches. We just focus on the science and making sure the enzymes are right before they leave the gate. The Nh-8 makes it easy for the trucks to pick up our stuff and head out. It’s a quiet life compared to the city, but there is always plenty to do. We like the practicality of being in Kim. It’s a solid place to run a business without all the extra noise and cost of a big metro area.
