ELMAS RESIDENCY LLP

You can find us in Surat, over in the Mancharpura area. Specifically, we are in Ward 6, at Nondh number 1/A/11-283-B, which most people just know as Kolsawad. It is one of those old-school Surat neighborhoods where the streets are narrow and everything feels very close together. Our office is right there in the middle of it all. It is not a place with a big sign or a fancy lobby. We just have a door that opens up to where we do our work. Being in Surat means there is always noise from the markets and people moving around. We have grown used to the sounds of the city while we sit inside and handle the residency paperwork. It is a simple setup with a few computers and a lot of paper folders stacked up on the shelves. Local folks like us are just trying to build something that stays standing. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It is just about brick, mortar, and land. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon gets a bit tough, so we keep the fans running at full speed. We know the neighbors around here, and they know us. Most days, we are just busy checking on things and making sure the legal side of the land is sorted out. It is honest work in a busy part of town, and we have been at it for quite some time now, just taking it day by day.
