Efra Projects Llp

Efra Projects is located in the S.K. Industrial Co-operative Society. We actually have space across several floors, from the ground floor up to the third. It's a big plot, number 52 and 53, right in the Soma Kanji Ni Wad area. Being in an industrial society means there is always something going on. You hear the sounds of machinery and trucks moving all day long. It's a working environment, not a quiet office park. We use the different floors for different parts of our projects. The ground floor is usually where the heavy stuff and the site visitors go, while the upper floors are a bit quieter for the planning work. The stairs are quite narrow, so we get a lot of exercise going up and down between floors. It’s an older building, so it has that lived-in feel. We’ve got some stacks of materials in the corners and lots of files everywhere. The neighborhood is very industrial, and we’ve been part of it for a long time. We know the other business owners nearby and often help each other out. It's not a place for fancy suits; we usually just wear practical clothes for the site. We just focus on the projects we have in hand and try to stay organized across the three floors. It can be a lot of walking, but it keeps us busy and the work gets done eventually.
