Easy Mobile

We have been sitting here in this spot at Surat Shakambari Nagar A/18 for quite a while now. It is just a small shop, nothing too fancy, but we stay busy with all the people coming in from the neighborhood. Most days it is just about fixing cracked screens or helping someone who forgot their phone password again. You see a lot of frustrated faces when a phone stops working, so we just try to get it sorted without making a big deal out of it. The shop gets a bit hot in the afternoons because the fan is old and makes a clicking sound, but we are used to it by now. We keep a lot of different chargers and cables in those plastic bins behind the counter. Sometimes it takes a minute to find the right one because things get a bit messy during the rush. People around here in Surat know us by name, and they usually stop by just to say hello or ask about the weather while they wait for a repair. We don't have a big team or anything, just a couple of us working the counter and the back desk. It is a lot of squinting at small screws and trying to keep the dust off the glass. We don't do much advertising, word of mouth around the street usually brings enough folks in. It is just a regular life here, day in and day out, dealing with whatever mobile trouble comes through the door.
