We’ve been operating out of Nandani Apartment for a while now. Most people know the spot because it's right near the Siddhivinayak Temple in Vesu. Surat is growing fast, and being in the middle of it all keeps us busy with different building projects. It’s a lot of paperwork and site visits. We spend most of our mornings checking on materials or meeting contractors. It’s not a fancy office setup, just a practical place to get the work done. The team is small, mostly just a few of us handling the day-to-day stuff. We try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. Sometimes the weather in Gujarat makes site work a bit of a challenge, especially in the heat, but that's just how it is. We deal with the local suppliers nearby and try to keep our schedules on track. People stop by sometimes just to ask about what we are doing next or to talk about the area. It’s a local operation, nothing too complicated. We’ve seen Vesu change quite a bit over the years. It used to be much quieter, but now there are buildings going up everywhere. We’re just one of those groups trying to do our part in the neighborhood. Usually, if we aren't at the desk in B 4 801, we are probably out at a site making sure things look right. It's honest work. We don't have a big marketing department, so we rely on people seeing what we build. It's just easier that way.
