Dod Properties

You can find Dod Properties on the first floor of Green Plaza, which is right on Torrent Power Road in Adajan. We have been in this spot, office number 114, for a good bit now. Adajan has changed a lot over the years, and we have seen plenty of buildings go up and down. Our setup is pretty basic. We have a couple of desks and some files on local listings. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because that doesn't help anyone find a better apartment. Most of our work involves talking to people who walk in from the street or call us after seeing our board. We know the Torrent Power Road area inside out, which is handy when someone wants to know about water issues or traffic. We handle both sales and rentals, mostly focusing on what's nearby. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure keys are ready and owners are actually home when we show up. Sometimes things fall through at the last minute, that's just how the property business goes. We don't promise anything we can't do. We just try to get the details right so there aren't surprises later on. It’s practical work and we enjoy the variety of people we meet every day. If you’re around the plaza, you can just come up and have a chat about what’s available. We usually have some fresh listings for the local complexes that haven't hit the main papers yet.
