Dhanlaxmi Telecom

Dhanlaxmi Telecom is situated in the Katargam area near Shiv Shakti Sanghatana 1. It is a local shop through and through. We handle a lot of different things related to phones and connections. You will usually find one of us behind the counter helping a customer figure out their new SIM card or looking at a phone that won't charge. The Katargam neighborhood is always buzzing with energy and our spot at Shiv Shakti Sanghatana 1 is no different. It is a simple setup with just the basics. We don't have fancy lights or a big showroom. Most of our customers are people who live right around the corner and have been coming to us for years. We know their names and what they usually need. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to wait around just like everyone else which is frustrating. We keep a stack of newspapers on the side for when things are slow. The shop can get quite dusty because of all the construction nearby but we try to wipe down the counters every morning. It is a modest business and we take things as they come. We don't promise anything crazy we just try to be helpful and get the job done right so people come back next time. It is a lot of standing and talking but we enjoy being part of the community here in this part of town.
