DEVI BUILDCARE LLP is based out of Surat, specifically in the Piplod area. Our office is actually at Surya Prakash Bungalow, number 26. It’s a bit different working from a bungalow rather than a high-rise office building, but it suits how we operate. We like the quiet atmosphere here. We focus on building and taking care of properties around Surat. The city has grown so much in the last few years, and there is always a need for someone to manage construction or fix up older structures. We are a small team, mostly just a few of us who have known each other for a long time. We handle the daily tasks like talking to workers, ordering cement, and visiting different sites across the city. Sometimes it feels like we spend more time in our cars than in the office. Piplod is a nice part of town, and being here makes it easy to reach most of our projects. We don't go for flashy ads or big promises. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. If a roof needs fixing or a new wall needs to go up, we manage the whole process. It’s a very hands-on kind of life. We take pride in the fact that we are local and understand how things work in this part of Gujarat. Surat is a city that never stops moving.
