We’re located at number 2089 in Bhavani Nagar, right on the 100 Feet Road in Khatodara. It’s a pretty busy stretch of road with a lot of movement, so there’s always something interesting going on right outside our window. The shop is mostly used for mobile recharges and fixing basic phone issues that people run into. We also sell some second-hand handsets when we can get them in. I’ve been running this place for a few years now. It’s not a very big shop, but it’s more than enough for what we do. There’s a small wooden bench for customers to sit on while they wait for their phone to be finished. We handle a lot of SIM card registrations and data plans for the locals. Most of our regular customers are from the houses nearby in Bhavani Nagar. The 100 Feet Road can be quite loud with all the heavy trucks and cars passing by, but you eventually get used to the constant noise. I usually have a friend from the nearby tea stall stop by in the afternoons for a chat. We don't have a big staff, just me and my brother helping out when things get busy. Sometimes the internet connection goes down and we can't process the recharges, which is frustrating, but we manage somehow. The shop is full of cardboard boxes and old phone parts in the corners. It’s a very basic setup. We don't do anything fancy with the decor or the lighting. Just some posters on the walls and the glass counters. If you're driving down 100 Feet Road, look for our sign near the corner.
