Deep Mobile Service

Deep Mobile Service is tucked away in Katargam at the T N Setty Lane, inside the Gopalakrishna Market. If you know the market, you know it’s a maze. We are in a corner where it’s slightly less noisy, but not by much. We’ve been fixing mobiles here for quite some time. The workbench is always covered in tiny screws and bits of wire. We have a magnifying lamp that’s probably older than some of our customers. People come in with phones that have been dropped in water or screens that look like spiderwebs. We don’t promise miracles. We just do the work. The market can be a tough place to work because of the heat and the crowds, but it’s where the people are. We share a wall with a guy who sells fabrics, so it smells like new cloth in the mornings. We keep our tools organized, or at least we try to. Most days, we’re just sitting on high stools hunched over a circuit board. It’s quiet work in a loud place. We don't have any flashy signs, just a small board with the name. We like being part of the Gopalakrishna Market community. Everyone knows who to go to when their phone stops charging. We aren't trying to expand into a giant chain. We just want to keep our little spot in Katargam running and keep our customers happy with their repairs. It takes a lot of patience to fix these tiny parts.
