Davik Texofab Llp

Our setup is a bit different because we are operating out of Brijkutir Apartment, right there at Flat 103. It's near Parle Point and just across from the Umrigar School. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s a bit quieter than a big industrial estate, which we like for the office side of things. We’ve got the management and some storage going on here for Davik Texofab. Since we are in Surat, everything is about textiles anyway. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking samples that come in. It’s a small team, just a few of us handling the orders and making sure the fabric quality is what it’s supposed to be. Sometimes the hallway gets blocked with boxes when a delivery arrives, and we have to move things fast so we don't bother the neighbors too much. It isn't a huge factory with a thousand machines, more like a managed space where we coordinate everything for the business. We’ve been behind Gokul Row House for some time now. You can hear the school kids during their break times, which is a nice change from the usual city noise. We just keep our heads down and do the work. Nothing flashy about the place, just desks, some fabric swatches, and a lot of paperwork. We try to keep things organized but when it gets busy, things get a bit messy for a day or two. That’s just the way it goes.
