You can find us at Shop Number 1 in Ashirwad Nagar. We are located in Ganesh Nagar, which is part of the G.I.D.C. area in Pandesara. Our shop is quite close to D.D Mill. Being in an industrial zone like Pandesara means we see a lot of workers and people who are busy all day. The environment here is very different from the residential parts of Surat. There is a lot of dust from the mills and the constant sound of machinery and trucks. Our shop is a small place where people can grab their essentials or medicines without much fuss. We spend our time stocking the general items that the workers might need during their shifts. The morning starts with us cleaning the counter because of the industrial dust. Then we spend time organizing the shelves. It’s a very practical shop. We don't have fancy displays or anything like that. Everything is laid out so it’s easy to reach. Sometimes the delivery vans have a hard time navigating the Ganesh Nagar streets, so we have to go out and help them find the shop. It’s a lot of manual effort to keep the place running, but it’s what we do. We see many people coming in after their shifts at the mill, looking tired but needing their supplies. We just try to get them what they need quickly so they can go home.
