Chetan Mobile

You can find us at Parvat Shiv Campus, right on Honey Park Road, shop number 32. Chetan Mobile has been here for a bit, serving the people who live and work around the campus. It’s a nice neighborhood, and we get a good mix of customers. Some are students who are always breaking their screens, and others are families who just need a new charger. We have a lot of different phone covers on display because everyone wants their phone to look a certain way. We spend a lot of time on the phone ourselves, ordering parts or talking to suppliers. It’s a lot of coordination. The shop isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into the space. We have a small workbench in the back where the real work happens. Sometimes a repair is quick, and other times we’re scratching our heads for an hour trying to find a short circuit. We don’t use any fancy management systems; we mostly just remember our regular customers and what they need. If you come in, we’ll just give you a straight answer about what’s wrong. We don’t like overcomplicating things. The traffic on Honey Park Road can be a bit much in the mornings, but once the shop is open, we just focus on the task at hand. It’s a steady life, and we like being the local spot for mobile help. It feels good when someone walks out with a working phone again.
