Charchit Creation LLP is tucked away in Shop 246 of Adarsh Market 2. If you know the Ring Road area in Surat, you know how hectic it gets. We are on the lower ground floor, right across from the Surat Textile Market. It's a busy spot. There's always someone hauling bundles or shouting about a delivery. Our shop isn't massive but we make it work. We spend most of our time dealing with fabrics and designs. The lighting down here could be better, but we’ve got good lamps. It feels like a community in this market. We know the neighbors and often share a cup of tea. Some days are just constant noise and phone calls. We aren't trying to be the biggest name out there, just trying to do right by the orders we get. The air conditioning struggles in the summer, so we keep a few fans going. People drop by looking for stuff and we show them what's on the shelves. It’s a lot of manual work. We check everything ourselves. Surat is the place to be for this kind of thing, so we're glad to be here. We’ve been in this market for a bit now. It’s not a fancy office with a view, just a shop where we put in the hours. We keep things simple and try not to get overwhelmed when the market gets crowded. It's a decent way to spend the day.
