Chandravanshi Reality Private Limited is based out in Koday. Our office is right there at Dwarkesh Bhuvan, number one. If you know where the Gurukul Koday Pul is, we are just tucked in behind it. It is a fairly quiet area for the most part. Being located in Taluka Mandvi means we deal with a lot of local land stuff and property in the surrounding villages. We aren't like those big city firms with the shiny glass windows and expensive suits. The office here is basic and functional. We spend a good amount of our time out at the actual sites or meeting folks in the village to talk about their plots. Real estate in this area is mostly about knowing the neighbors and the history of the land. We started this business because we knew the region well and saw a need for someone local to help out. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow or the power cuts out, but that is just part of life in Koday. We focus on the work right in front of us.
