Our shop is on the ground floor of the Business Edifice, which is number 5. You can find us at 37 Karanparacorner on Canal Road. It is a busy stretch of road and we see a lot of people passing by every day. We handle realities and property stuff here at Buildfolio. It is mostly about keeping track of who is buying what and where the next project is going to be. The office is pretty simple, just some desks and a place to file all the documents that come with this kind of work. We don't put on any airs or try to act like we are bigger than we are. Most of the time we are just drinking tea and talking through the day's schedule. The Canal Road area has its own rhythm, and we have become a part of it over time. We know the other shop owners and the people who work in the nearby buildings. It is a practical way to make a living. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just want to get through the paperwork and make sure our clients are getting what they expected. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days we have time to actually tidy up the files. It is just honest, local work. We take things as they come and try to stay grounded in the reality of the business. It keeps us busy and out of trouble most days.
