Blue Star Mobile & Electronics

Blue Star Mobile & Electronics is situated at the Vad Fulgali Corner, right on Plot No 20/21. Being on a corner gives us a bit more visibility, which is nice. We sell mobile phones, but we also have a section for various electronic items that people might need for their houses. The shop is a bit of an odd shape because of the plot, but we’ve made it work. I spend most of my time behind the glass counter showing off different phone models to young kids and older folks alike. We have a lot of different chargers and cables hanging on the walls too. Sometimes the shop gets a bit dusty because of the road construction nearby, but we try to keep the displays clean. We don’t have a lot of employees, so if I’m busy, customers might have to wait a minute. We like the atmosphere here at the corner; it’s a good place to see what’s happening in the street. We’ve been here long enough that people use our shop as a landmark when giving directions. We aren't trying to do anything fancy, just selling electronics at fair prices to the people who live nearby. It’s a lot of standing on your feet all day, but we enjoy the conversations we have with the regulars who drop in just to say hello. We keep things pretty relaxed in the shop and just take each day as it comes.
