Big BEN

Big BEN is our place located in Bhagal. If you’ve ever walked through Bhagal, you know how crowded and lively it can get. We’ve been part of this street for quite some time. The shop is filled with all sorts of items, and sometimes it feels like we’re bursting at the seams. We spend our mornings checking the stock and making sure things are priced right. It’s a lot of standing and talking to people who are just passing through or looking for something specific. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that; it’s just us here on the floor. The building is a bit old, so the floors creak when you walk near the back, but it adds some character I suppose. Customers often come in just to get out of the heat for a minute and end up browsing for half an hour. We try to keep things simple and just give people what they're looking for without making it complicated. It gets really hectic during the festival seasons, and we barely have time to sit down then. But in the slower months, we have time to rearrange the shelves and chat with the other shopkeepers nearby. It’s a good community to be in, even with all the noise and the narrow streets. We just keep the doors open and see who comes in.
