Bhatiya Communication

We are set up on Ghod Dod Road C M H Road, specifically at Lakshmipura L52/L8. It’s a spot where people come when they need a new SIM card or their phone is acting up. The shop isn't very large, but we’ve packed it with as many accessories and cables as we can fit on the walls. We spend a lot of time helping older folks figure out how to use their apps or helping teenagers pick out the right cover for their new phones. The street outside is always moving, with people heading to work or shopping nearby. We have a small glass counter where we show the different models we have in stock. It’s mostly us sitting behind the desk, waiting for the next person to walk in with a cracked screen or a forgotten password. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait around just like everyone else. We’ve got a couple of chairs for people to sit on while we process their recharges or paperwork. It’s a lot of talking and explaining things, which can be tiring, but it's okay. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure people stay connected. The lighting is bright so we can see the small parts inside the phones. We’ve been at this Lakshmipura location for a while now and have become a regular stop for many people living in the area.
