Bharat Mobile Shop

Bharat Mobile Shop sits over in Mahidharpura on the way toward Sinhagad Road. Specifically, we are tucked into the Gule Nagar and Jadhav Nagar area near Khadimic Road. It’s a busy corner of the world, and there is always something going on outside our windows. We have been selling phones and fixing them for a long time now. The shop is filled with glass cases full of chargers, screen guards, and various covers that people seem to need every other week. Dealing with cracked screens is probably the biggest part of our day. It is funny how often people drop their phones right outside the shop. We don’t have a big team or anything, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard. The workbench in the back is usually covered in tiny screws and tools that you’d probably lose if you weren’t careful. It’s not a fancy showroom like you see in the malls, but we get the job done without much fuss. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, but the customers around here are patient enough. We see a lot of the same faces from the neighborhood coming in for a quick recharge or just to see what the newest cheap model looks like. It’s a steady life, keeping everyone’s devices running in this part of Vadgaon B K. We just keep at it, day after day, one repair at a time, until the shutters go down in the evening.
