Bcj Pharma is situated in the Sachine GIDC area of Surat. This part of Gujarat is really industrial, so there are factories and units everywhere you look. Our place is in the middle of all that activity in the Surat GIDC Industrial Area. It’s a practical setup. We handle pharmaceutical work here. The building isn't much to look at, just a regular industrial structure where we manage our daily tasks. The air always smells a bit like production and there is a lot of truck movement on the roads outside. We spend our hours checking on the batches and making sure the paperwork for the pharma products is in order. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of things. We aren't a big corporation with fancy lobbies. We are just a group of people working in Sachine. It gets very busy during the day, especially when shipments are coming in or going out. Most of the staff comes from nearby parts of Surat. We keep our heads down and do the work. The floors are concrete and the desks are old, but it works for what we do. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and everyone knows the routine. It's just a regular day-to-day operation in the heart of the industrial zone. We eat our lunch together in a small side room and then get back to the floor. It's noisy, but that is how a GIDC works.
