Avantis Buildcorp Llp

We’ve been based here at VIP Plaza on the second floor for a while now. If you know the VIP Road in Surat, you probably know how busy it gets, especially being so close to the Khatushyam Temple. It’s a good spot though, right in the middle of everything. Avantis Buildcorp Llp is just a small group of us working out of S-7. Most days are pretty similar, dealing with paperwork and taking calls about different sites we have going on. The traffic on VIP Road can be a real headache in the evenings, but you get used to it after a few months of commuting. We aren't some massive corporation with a fancy lobby or anything like that. It's just a regular office where we try to get things done. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs to the second floor, which is good exercise I guess. We see a lot of people heading to the temple from our window. It’s nice to be part of this neighborhood. We’ve stayed in Surat for a long time because it’s where we know people and how things work. There isn't much to say other than we are here every day from morning until late, just keeping the business moving. If you’re ever around VIP Plaza, you’ll see our sign. We just focus on the building work and trying to stay organized in the middle of all the Surat chaos.
