Avadh Mobile Zone is located in the Varachha Road Main Market. If you know the main market, you know it is always humming with energy and people. Our shop is right in the thick of it. We deal with everything from new phone sales to fixing old ones that have seen better days. The shop isn't huge, but we make the most of the space. We have glass counters filled with the latest handsets and walls covered in accessories like cables, adapters, and pouches. It gets quite busy in the afternoons, and sometimes it is hard to hear the customers over the noise of the market outside. We just speak a bit louder and keep going. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know our way around a mobile's internals. We’ve seen all kinds of problems, from phones dropped in tea to screens crushed in pockets. We just take them apart and see what can be done. There’s no corporate script here. We just talk to people like normal and tell them what the issue is. Being in the main market means we have to keep our stock moving, so we are always bringing in new things. It’s a fast-paced environment and there is never a dull day. We’ve been part of this market for a long time and we plan to stay right here on Varachha Road.
