ASRJD Buildcon LLP is situated over at G2/401 in Shikhin Velly, which is in the Bhimrad area of Althan, Surat. It’s a nice enough spot, and the neighborhood has been developing quite a lot recently. We’ve seen a lot of new apartments and shops go up around us since we moved in. Our work is pretty simple to explain—we build things. Whether it's residential or something else, we spend our time managing the construction from start to finish. Our office in Shikhin Velly is where the planning happens. It’s not a very big space, but it’s enough for what we need. We usually have a few different projects going at once, so things can get a little frantic. We have to keep track of a lot of moving parts, like where the cement is coming from and if the electricians showed up. Surat is a city that never really stops, and Althan is no different. We try to keep our heads down and just get the work done without making a big fuss about it. We aren't interested in being the biggest company in Gujarat; we just want to do our work and go home to our families at the end of the day. It’s a local business run by local people who understand how things are built in this climate.
