Our place is situated in Plot No. B-16/11, RO-13, in the village of Bhatia, which is part of the Chorasi Taluka in Surat. If you know Surat, you know it is a major hub for all things related to textiles and weaving, so being out here in Bhatia makes a lot of sense for what we do at Arham Weaves Private Limited. The plot we are on is quite active during the day. We spend most of our hours managing the production and keeping an eye on the weaving work. It’s not a fancy office in the middle of a big city skyscraper, but a practical space where real work gets done. The commute out to Bhatia is okay, though the roads can get a little dusty sometimes because of all the construction and transport trucks. Most of our staff are locals or live nearby in the Chorasi area. We have been here for a while, and the routine is pretty much the same every day. We get the machines going, check the fabric quality, and handle the shipping details. It’s a lot of manual coordination and making sure the threads are right. There is always a rhythmic sound of work happening here. We don't have a big marketing department or anything; we just focus on the orders we have. It’s honest work, and we stay busy from morning till evening. The weather in Surat can get quite hot, but we just keep moving and get the job finished.
