Aradhana Chemicals

Working at Aradhana Chemicals means spending most of our time out at Plot No.-7511 in the GIDC area of Ankleshwar. It's an industrial zone, so it's not exactly pretty, but it's where the work happens. Pardi is close by, and most of us live around there. Dealing with chemicals is a serious business, so we spend a lot of time checking things and making sure the containers are handled right. It’s often dusty out here and the sun hits the warehouse pretty hard in the summer. We’ve got a small crew that has been together for years. We aren't some massive multinational corporation with a fancy lobby. We have a small office with a couple of chairs and a fan that squeaks a bit. Most days are spent on the floor, checking inventory or organizing shipments. It's hard work, and your hands definitely get dirty. We don't really do much in the way of promotion. The people who need what we make know where to find us. We've been in Ankleshwar for a long time and we know the rhythms of the GIDC well. It’s a blue-collar kind of life, and we’re okay with that. We just focus on getting the chemicals out on time and keeping everything running smoothly without too much fuss. Sometimes the truck drivers stay for a bit to chat and have some water before heading back out on the road.
