Anshul Mobile

We are right on Varachha Road inside Crawford Market at shop number 237. If you know the market, you know how loud and busy it gets from morning until night. There is a constant stream of people walking past and the sound of horns from the road is always there. Our shop is filled with all kinds of mobile accessories like covers and screen protectors. We have them hanging on every inch of the wall space we have. I stand behind the counter most of the day talking to people and showing them different models. The space is narrow so we have to move around each other carefully. We keep a small fan near the ceiling to try and stay cool when the market gets hot. Sometimes we get deliveries of new stock and we have to stack the boxes in the corner until we have time to open them. It’s a lot of work keeping everything organized in such a small area. The lighting is bright so people can see the colors of the phone cases clearly. I drink a lot of tea throughout the day to keep my energy up. It’s a fast life here in the market but I enjoy seeing all the different people who come in. We just focus on getting the phones fixed or sold and moving on to the next person.
