Cardkem Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is located at P. N. 2301 & 2302 in the Gidc. It’s a big space because we need the room for all the equipment and the storage. When you spend all day in an industrial zone, you get used to the noise of the neighboring factories. We do a lot of heavy lifting here, literally. There are always drums being moved and batches being checked. It’s a lot of routine. We check the temperature, we check the weight, and we check it all again. If something is off, we have to start over, which is a headache nobody wants. The staff here is a mix of guys who have been here for ten years and some newer faces trying to learn the ropes. We wear our lab coats and hairnets, which isn't the most comfortable thing in the heat, but it’s the rule. The office is just a small corner with a few filing cabinets and a desk that’s perpetually covered in folders. We don't spend much time there anyway; most of the action is on the floor. At the end of the day, we’re just tired people looking forward to heading home. We aren't making anything revolutionary, just standard pharma products that people need. It’s a lot of hard work and making sure we don't make mistakes in the measurements. The Gidc layout can be confusing, but we’re used to the grit.
