Anju Fabrics Llp is located in the Parvat Patia area of Surat, specifically at 304 Vrajbhumi Housing Complex. If you know Parvat Patia Road, we are right near Madhav Bag. It is a bit of a residential-commercial mix around here, so it doesn't feel like a cold industrial zone. We are on the third floor, room 304, which means we carry a lot of samples up and down the stairs or the lift when it is working. The East Zone 2 area of the city is always crowded with traffic and people moving about. We handle our fabric business from this office, and it gets pretty cramped sometimes with all the ledgers and swatches lying around. We don't have a big factory at this address, it is more of our home base for the partnership. People from the nearby societies often walk past, and we know the tea stall guy around the corner pretty well. It’s a humble setup in Vrajbhumi. We aren't doing anything fancy here, just managing the fabric orders and talking to our suppliers. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the road outside a bit messy, but that’s just life in Surat. We’ve been in this spot for a while and like being close to the local markets. It makes it easier to keep track of what is happening in the textile trade.
