You can find us at Rajhans Olympia on Bhatar Road in the Majura area of Surat. We are on the third floor in Shop No 331. It is a pretty modern building, but our office is just a regular workspace where we handle our procon and construction business. We have a lot of files and binders because there is always a lot of paperwork to keep track of. The third floor is a good spot, and the building is usually kept clean. Bhatar Road can be a nightmare for parking during the middle of the day, so we often tell people to come a bit earlier if they can. Our team is small and we’ve worked together for a long time. We spend our hours coordinating with crews and making sure materials are where they need to be. There is a small area near the window where we keep a few chairs for guests. We don’t do anything too formal here; we just focus on getting the projects finished. Sometimes we have tea delivered from the shop downstairs when we have a long afternoon ahead of us. It is a straightforward office in a good part of Surat. We like being in Rajhans Olympia because it is easy to explain the location to anyone. If you take the elevator to the third floor, we are just down the corridor. It is a busy place, but we keep our heads down and do our work. We’ve been here for a while and like it.
