Panchayat Samiti (Junior) College is out here in Balisankara. It’s a quiet part of Sundargarh, and we’ve been running things from this location for quite a while now. The address is 770015, but if you’re from around here, you already know the building. Running a junior college in a place like this means we know most of the people who walk through our doors. It isn't a fancy place with high-tech gear everywhere. We have our classrooms, our office, and a bit of space outside, and that’s mostly it.
