Anchalik Sahayog (Degree) College

Anchalik Sahayog (Degree) College is located in Subdega, which is part of the Sundargarh district. The pin code for our area is 770014. We are a degree college, so we see a lot of young adults coming through our doors every day. Subdega is not a very big place, so the college is one of the main landmarks around here. Most people in the district know us by name. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. The college is just a series of rooms where we hold lectures. The staff is made up of people from Sundargarh who know the local way of life. We don't use any fancy management speak. It is just a matter of showing up and doing the work. The building is pretty basic, with a courtyard where students gather during their lunch break to talk. It can get quite dusty in the dry season, but that is just how it is in this part of the country. We don't have a massive library, but we have enough books for the courses we offer. Students usually come from the surrounding villages, often traveling by bus or shared autos. We are just a local college trying to provide a place for higher education in the Subdega area. It’s a no-nonsense environment where the focus is on the graduation syllabus and nothing else. We just do our work every day.
