Bajrangbali Re-Rollers Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Plot No. A-3 in the Idc Industrial Estate Kalunga. Being in the Sundergarh district, we are surrounded by other factories and workshops. The atmosphere here is very industrial. There is always the sound of machinery and the smell of hot metal in the air. Our day starts before the sun is even fully up because the furnaces take time to get going. We have a lot of guys working on the floor, and it is a tough environment with all the heat and the heavy lifting. The office is just a small block near the front where we keep the files and talk to the transporters. Kalunga is a busy hub, and there is a constant flow of trailers coming in and out of the estate. We focus on the daily grind of re-rolling and making sure the quality is okay for the buyers. We do not go in for any of that corporate talk or fancy mission statements. We are just a bunch of people working in a factory trying to get the production numbers right. Sometimes the machinery breaks down and we spend the whole night fixing it. That is just how it goes in this line of work. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we do here in the industrial heart of Sundergarh.
