We've been over here at R.S. Colony for a good long while now. Being in Kansbahal, right in the Sundergarh district, means we are used to the weather and the rhythm of this place. Most of us live close by, so walking to work is just part of the day. The plant is where we spend most of our time, dealing with steel orders and making sure the trucks get loaded right. It gets hot in the summers, but that’s just how it is in Orissa. People know where to find us if they need anything made or moved. We don’t have a fancy front office with air conditioning everywhere. It’s mostly just desks, heavy machinery, and the sound of metal being moved around. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out or work on maintenance. Our address at Pin-770034 is easy to spot once you get into the colony area. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just regular steel work that needs to get done. The guys here have been working together for years, so we know each other's families and how we like our tea. It's a simple setup. If you come by, you'll probably see someone cleaning the yard or checking the inventory logs. It's just a regular workplace where we show up, do the shifts, and go home to our families in the evening. There isn't much more to tell about us, we just work here.
