Vision Public School

Vision Public School sits right at the Main Chowk on Airport Road in Hamhama. Being at the chowk means there is always something going on outside our front gate. It’s a lively part of Budgam, and we are right in the thick of it. We have a lot of students who come from the surrounding houses, and the morning walk to school is a ritual for most of them. The building itself is straightforward, with rooms that have seen a lot of use over the years. We don't have a lot of corporate polish here; instead, you’ll find slightly mismatched chairs and walls that might need a fresh coat of paint next summer. We focus on the practical side of running a school. That means making sure the teachers have enough chalk and that the bell rings exactly on time. We spend our afternoons sitting in the small office, going over the attendance and talking to parents who drop by. It’s a very human place where we know the names of the siblings and even the grandparents of our students. The noise from the airport road is just part of the atmosphere. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. We are just a local school at the chowk, doing the same work day after day to make sure the children in this part of 190021 have a place to sit and learn.
