We are located at number 257 in Kralpora, Hawal. That’s right here in Srinagar. It’s a local neighborhood, not a big industrial park. We run our food business from this spot. It’s a bit of a tight space, but it works for us. We handle all the prep and the packing ourselves. Being in Hawal means we see a lot of the same faces every day. It feels like a community. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s a one-person company setup, though friends and family help out when things get busy. The winters here can be tough, but we keep the stove going. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. Most people find us just by being nearby or hearing about us from someone else. We spend a lot of time making sure the quality is okay. It’s a lot of manual work. We don't have big machines doing everything. It’s mostly done by hand. The roads around Kralpora can be narrow, so deliveries are always interesting. We just take it one day at a time. No big plans to expand or move. We like being in this part of town. It’s home. We just do what we do and try to do it right. Sometimes we run out of stock when the snow is heavy, but we manage somehow.
