You can find us on Boulevard Road in Srinagar, which is one of the most well-known roads in the city. We are situated near Hotel New Park, so if you are walking along the lake area, you will eventually come across us. Pincer Vegetarian Foods is what we call the place, and we focus entirely on veg meals because that's what we know how to do best. Being in Srinagar, we get a lot of tourists during the peak seasons, but we also have locals who stop by for a quick bite. The view around here is quite something, but inside the shop, we just focus on the cooking. It’s a small place and we try to keep it friendly. We don't have a big menu with hundreds of items; we just stick to what people like. Sometimes the weather in Srinagar makes things difficult, like when it’s very cold or when the snow blocks the roads, but we try to stay open as much as possible. The staff is mostly people from the nearby areas who have been with us for a long time. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or polished language. We’re just a local business on Boulevard Road trying to serve decent vegetarian food to whoever is hungry. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except when the tourist season is in full swing and the road is packed with people and traffic.
