Sibna Infotech is located in the Shaheed Gunj area of Srinagar. We are in the Dagga Building, which is right near Al-Milad High School. You can often hear the kids during their break times, which makes the place feel alive. Sibtain Abbas Para started this along with the rest of us. It’s a tech-focused business, but we keep it very low-key. The 190010 area is pretty busy, so there is always movement outside the windows. Inside, it’s mostly just us working on computers. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team. If you call, you’ll probably just talk to one of the guys who is actually doing the coding or the fixing. We like the location because it’s easy for people to find us near the school. The building itself is old but it works for what we need. We spend our days troubleshooting and setting up systems. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we know how to do. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing. We just show up, do our jobs, and have a laugh when we can. That’s how things have been since we set up shop here in Shaheed Gunj. It’s a decent place to work and we get along well enough. We aren't interested in sounding fancy, we just want to get the daily tasks done correctly.
