You can find Ovex It Solutions Private Limited over at 11 Badgam Ld Colony in the Rawalpora area of Srinagar. We are tucked away in a residential colony, which makes for a much quieter workday than if we were right on a main highway. The office is really just a converted part of a house where we have set up our workstations. We have been here for a while and have gotten used to the neighbors and the local dogs that hang around the street. Inside, it is mostly just computers, some filing cabinets that we rarely use, and a few plants that someone brought in to make the place look a bit more alive. We do IT work, which means we spend a lot of time sitting down and staring at screens. It is not the most exciting thing to watch, but we stay busy with various tasks. We don't have a receptionist, so if you knock, one of us will have to stop what we are doing to come to the door. We usually make our own tea and coffee in a small nook in the back. Sometimes the internet acts up and we all have to take a break until it comes back, which is just part of the experience here. We aren't a big, polished company with a bunch of rules. We are just a few people working together in Rawalpora, trying to get our work done and keep things simple.
