It’s one of those neighborhoods where the streets can be a bit narrow and confusing if you aren't from around here. We’ve got a modest setup. It is just a regular building where we’ve taken some space to work. Srinagar is a beautiful place to be, but the daily reality is just like anywhere else—trying to keep the power on and making sure the internet doesn't drop out. We spend a lot of our time in Ikhrajpora. There’s a local market nearby where we go for lunch or to grab some snacks. It’s not a fancy tech hub by any means. It’s just where we are. We don't have those open-plan offices with beanbags. It’s mostly just desks pushed against the walls and a lot of extension cords. We’ve been here for a bit now and the locals are used to seeing us coming and going at odd hours. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it works for us. We just wanted a spot in Srinagar where we could get our projects done without too much fuss. It gets a bit cold in the months of December and January, so we’re usually wrapped in sweaters while we type away. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the day.
