Kashmir Berg Online (Opc) Private is tucked away near the Syed Mansoor Bridge Bund area. It’s actually at Irshad Ahmad Mir’s place, which is where we run things from. The Bund is a nice spot, especially when the weather is clear and you can see the water moving. We do a lot of our work on the computers, mostly stuff that has to do with being online. It isn't a huge corporate setup with hundreds of employees. It's just a small operation where we keep track of everything ourselves. Sometimes the noise from the bridge gets a bit loud when there’s a lot of traffic, but you get used to it after a week or two. We spend most of our time staring at screens and making sure the digital side of things is running like it should. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, you're likely to just see us working at a desk with a few wires tangled up on the floor. It's a bit messy sometimes, but that's how it goes when you're busy. Being an OPC means it’s pretty direct, no long meetings or layers of management to deal with. We just wake up, check the emails, and start on whatever needs doing that day. It's a practical way to run a business in this part of the world.
