Ashware Technologies is located in Nursing Garh, Srinagar. We operate out of the place belonging to Imtiyaz Ahmed Mir, the son of Haji Abdul Mir. It’s not your typical office building. It feels much more like a part of the neighborhood. We are in the 190010 area and have been here for a long time. We aren't interested in moving to a big glass tower in the city. We like being in Nursing Garh because it feels like home. There are a few of us who work here every day. We don't have any corporate rules about what to wear or how to talk. We just focus on the technology work we have in front of us. Most days involve a lot of tea and a lot of time spent at our computers. It’s a simple way to run a business. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy website that makes us look bigger than we are. We just rely on the work we do. People in the area know who we are, and that’s enough for us.
