Ab Tech

Ab Tech is tucked away over in Nowpora, right on the Hazratbal Road. We are in the Khanyaar area, not too far from Lal Chowk, which is where everything usually happens in town. It is a good spot to be, even if the traffic gets a bit much sometimes in the afternoons when everyone is heading home. We do a lot of technical work here, mostly things that local people need for their homes or small offices. The building isn’t the newest one on the block, but it serves us well enough for what we do. We have got some benches set up for repairs and plenty of space for storing all the parts we keep in stock. Working near Lal Chowk means we see all sorts of people every day. Some are in a big hurry, and others just want to sit and talk for a bit about what is wrong with their gear. We try to be honest about how long things will take and what it is going to cost. There is no point in making promises we cannot keep. It is just a small team of us here. We learned most of what we know by actually doing the work, year after year. The weather can be a bit tricky in the winter, and sometimes we have to close early if the snow gets bad, but otherwise, we are here most days. It is a simple business, really. We fix things and we try to keep our neighbors' tech running.
